As I am typing this to you in this giant world called the 'internet,' I sit here tangled on my chair wearing a Ramones t-shirt of an ex-boyfriend from uni and a pair of dainty heart patterned sleep shorts. What possessed me to begin to document every moment of my life to you lovely strangers? I do not know exactly. Maybe it has to do with the ungodly hour that I am doing this, or maybe that I have had maybe one to many glasses of wine. Well, what ever it may be... I am going to tell you about myself, and you might not think I am as dreadfully boring as I imagine.

I am Rosemarie Anneliese Hunt. My mum granted me one of the longest names I have ever encountered in my nineteen years of existence. Twenty-two letters. Who on earth has a name encompassing twenty-two letters? Well, I do, so I go by Rosie. Anyway, as I have already mentioned I am nineteen years of age. I currently inhabit the lovely city of London, living on one of its many slim, shady side streets. However, my view from my window is anything but shabby, as I can see the whole city in front of me as I type this to you. But I haven't always lived in London. I grew up in Liverpool with a set of parents who, in my opinion, are the craziest and most free-spirited people to have graced my life. They have let me be the person I want to be, and no one else. The same is to be said about my only sibling and brother, Louis, who is twenty-four living the high life in London right along side me, except... he lives in a rather brilliant flat with an amazing fiance and makes so much money that it would make me tear up if I knew the exact amount.

Ed Sheeran is my all time favourite musician. His voice and lyrics just pull you into another world that is all your own. It's an amazing feeling, really. However, Bon Iver, The Drums, Bombay Bicycle Club, and Charlotte Gainsbourg come in strongly behind him.

Every morning I have a cup of tea, Yorkshire tea to be exact, with two bags and half a cup of milk. With my tea, I eat toast with jam on one side and butter on the other. BBC plays in the background as I dress for my day at uni.

I should probably bid you adieu now for you might be tired of me at this point. Plus, it's about three in the morning and I have lessons tomorrow. I shall be back and finish this mini autobiography tomorrow. But for now, goodbye.

---

I was tapping my pen against the table in front of me, completely unaware of the maths lesson being taught. I thought being at uni meant all of this foolish maths stuff would disappear, but to my surprise quite the opposite happened.

Someone pressed their hand against my shoulder and his mouth was down at my ear. "Sorry, but your pen is becoming increasing irritating."

My dropped from my hand as I heard his voice. It felt involuntary to turn around and see the face being the voice. Blue eyes, brown hair, and crooked smile.

"Sorry. Maths isn't my strong point, so I tend to zone out," I whispered, trying to keep my cool so my professor wouldn't notice me.

"It's alright," he said with his crooked smile.

Unable to say anything, I smiled and turned around to pretend to be interested in the derivative formula written on the board.

As the lesson ended I gathered my books, he appeared in front of me playing with a scrap piece of paper in his hand. "I never introduced myself. I'm Rowan."

I swallowed hard before forming a smile on my lips. "Hi, I'm Rosie. And again, sorry 'bout the pen."

He cracked into a small laugh, "It's alright. But, I came to ask you if you'd like to get some coffee or tea or something."

My eyes widened, "Like now? I would love to actually."

As we waited for our tea, we sat silently. I was playing with the cuff of my blazer and he was fidgeting with his fingers. I'm not very good at conversations, especially with someone I don't know. 'Give Me Love' by Ed Sheeran began to play in the cafe and caused a smile to appear on my lips.

"I love this song," I whispered.

"What?" he said.

I came back into reality. "Oh, sorry. I just love this song, that's all."

A smile cracked on his lips, "Ed Sheeran is one great guy. He's real laugh."

My eyes widened and I felt as though my jaw was about to hit the floor. "Do you know him...?"

A laugh escaped his lips, making his face squish together in the cutest way possible. "Yeah, we went to college together in Suffolk."

"Oh my god, that is brilliant," I smiled, "Tell me some more 'bout yourself."

"Well, as you now know I'm from Suffolk. I'm not actually in your maths lesson. I just sit in because I'm a bloke who likes maths. I'm twenty-one as of May," he said.

"You like maths?" I laughed, "Well maybe you can help with out with it cause I'm sh.t at it."

"I'll help you out," he laughed.

"Oh thank God."

The boy I met today was Rowan Ainsworth and he was absolutely the sweetest boy I have met in quite some time. He loves Ed Sheeran, Bon Iver, and The Drums. He drinks Yorkshire tea with two tea bags and half a cup of milk, the same as me. He's great at maths and is planning on tutoring me for the rest of the semester. Thank God. He's from Suffolk and loves living in his sh.tty little flat here in London.

Tuesday;
Free Day

My sis Kira was rambling on the phone about some fit dress she saw yesterday in Topshop, but didn't buy.

I was distracted. Jackson has been avoiding me for the past couple days since we had our almost run-in with Hailey in his room. I hope he doesn't think we should not see each other anymore. He's so great.

"Maddie? Are you even listening to me," my sis said interrupting my inner monologue.

I shook my head as if she could see me, "Yeah, of course. The dress was so fit that your boyfriend wouldn't know what to do with himself."

"Is there something wrong 'cause you're not being your usual self," she inquired.

"Well, I've kinda been seeing this really really lovely guy for the past couple of days," I started.

"That's great, Maddie!" she said with enthusiasm, "I'm happy you're not with that Brazilian bloke anymore."

A laugh escaped from my lips. "Except, he has a b.tchy girlfriend. On Sunday, we were... y'know and his girlfriend almost caught us. Since then, he's been avoiding me and I don't know why."

"You're shagging with a taken guy?! Oh, Mads, you always do this to yourself. This boy isn't going to take you seriously. You need to show him that you're worth more than his current girlfriend," Kira pressed.

"Ugh, I know! But if you met him, Kir, you'd totally see why I want him. He's on the rugby team, he's a brilliant artist, and he's the most beautiful person on the planet."

"Well, you better figure it out, Mads, because I don't want to see get hurt again," Kira said.

---

English always seemed to drain my energy. Probably because my professor couldn't say a single sentence with a slight bit of enthusiasm. So, I took my mind back to drawing.

My pencil drew lines and lines, trying to capture every detail of the scenery that lay outside the window. Edgington was in such a beautiful place, but no one ever takes the chance to look. As I was filling in the sky, a note fell onto my desk.

It read: I'm not stupid, Maddie. I know you're shagging Jackson. Secrets have a way of getting out. - Coco.

I bit my lip in reaction the little note Coco had thrown to me. Was she trying to tell me she'd tell Hailey? I didn't think Coco was the kind of person to do that, regardless of the fact that she loves drama.

I turned around to see her with a smug grin on her face. Her eyebrow rose in response to my stare.

This whole thing with Jackson is turning into a giant mess. What I am going to do about all of this? Should I forget about him and just go back to bloke Adrian?

Sketching is the only thing right now that calms me down.

Sunday;
Free Day

The roles were turned upside down this morning as I lie in his bed fast asleep. The sunlight shone threw his curtains, hitting my eyes forcing them to flutter open. I saw him with pencil and pad in hand intently drawing my face, much like what I do in the mornings after a night of love and lust.

"Jackson, babe," I murmured as I lied still for him.

His eyes met mine for a moment and were fixed once more on his sketch. "Yeah, Mads?"

I shut my eyes and cracked a smile, "Can I see it?"

His pencil moved quickly then stopped. He turned his pad around to face me, and I saw myself looking back at me. The black and white image looked so real I could touch it, and that's what I did. My fingers reached out to touch it, grazing the fibers of the paper.

"Jackson, it's beautiful," I whispered.

His lips formed a loose grin as he set the pad down and pulled my body up close to his.Jackson's fingers ran through my hair, lingering down to my hips. "Well, it helps to have a beautiful model," he whispered into my ear.

I smiled in response, looking down at the sheets sprawled between us.

Without a word, his lips grazed mine and trailed down my neck as he laid me down. His hands moved from my hips up my body, causing goose bumps to form wherever our bodies came together.

"Jackson!" Hailey yelled through the door, "Open this door!"

Jackson jumped off of me, picking me up in one swift motion. He placed me in his bathroom and handed me my dress. "Just stay in here okay," he whispered, kissing my lips.

The door shut in my face before I could respond. So, I sat down on the toilet in only my panties, waiting for Hailey to leave. On the other side of the door, I heard Hailey's loud obnoxious voice yelling at Jackson because he forgot to order her something, or something along those lines. Jackson's voice sounded calm, reassuring her that he would order whatever he forgot about.

"Alright, but you know I hate dealing with this sort of sh.t from you," Hailey snapped, slamming his door as she left the room.

Jackson appeared once more in front of me, looking flushed from his little squabble. "You know, life's too short to be anything but happy," I whispered.

He grabbed the plains of my face and pulled my lips to his with such a passion I hadn't experienced in quite sometime. It was as if it was the last time we'd ever see each other and he wanted to make it last.

We didn't even make it back to the bed.

Saturday;
Woods Party

The water hit the rocks with such force that I could feel the sea foam splashing onto my lips. With my boots in hand, I walked along the beach thinking of what I could sketch next.

There was a figure sitting in the sand, hunched over preoccupied with something. I walked closer to see who it was, being the naturally curious person I am.

"Jackson?" I asked once I was able to recognize him.

He looked up and quickly folded away whatever he was intently focused on. "Oh, hey Maddie."

I sat down next to him, looking out onto the sea. "What were you doing earlier? I can't help but ask."

His hand grazed his neck and moved through his hair, "It was nothing."

"Well, I want to see it," I laughed sticking my hand into his pocket, pulling out a piece of hard white paper.

I unfolded the paper to see an image beautifully sketched onto it. Words weren't able to leave my lips. I just stared and stared at it, dumbfounded really.

"Jackson," I said, "This is brilliant." I looked at him at smiled, "Why haven't you ever said anything about your art?"

"It's just not something I really like to talk about," he said weakly.

"But when you're this bloody good, Jackson, you should be talking about it," I said reassuringly.

"Thanks, Maddie. It means loads, really. Hailey's the only one who knows about it," I smiled.

I laced my fingers with his, "If I was Hailey, I would be showing you and your art off all around town, Jackson."

He smiled at me, without saying a word.

A few cars sped by and one jet black bimmer came to a halt right behind us.

"Mads!" I heard the guy from the bimmer yell.

I turned around to see Adrian leaning out of the car. "What do want, Adrian?" I yelled back to him.

Jackson swallowed hard and pulled his hand away from mine. "I've gotta get going, Maddie. I'll see you tonight, right?"

I bit my lip and took a deep breath. "Yeah, I'll be there."

He stood up and walked in the opposite direction from Adrian.

I walked over to Adrian's car and stood there looking at him. "What do you want?"

He put that coy little smile across his face, thinking it would seduce me or something. "I just wanted to know if you wanted a ride back to Edgington."

I smirked. "It's okay. I'll get there eventually."

He opened the door and looked at me. "No seriously, get in Mads."

I rolled my so high I felt as though they might get stuck like that. "Fine," I said slipping in.

He sped off on his way to David's party. We sat in silence, well I did anyway as Adrian sang away to his rap songs. His hand inched closer to mine the longer we sat, and he then took mine in his. Did he think we were some sort of couple? I slipped my hand out from his to pretend to push my hair from my face. I really did have time for him anymore.

---

"Do you have any skins?" I drunkly asked random strangers.

"I do," a voice said behind me.

I turned around and saw Jackson searching his pockets from some much needed skins. "Here 'ya go," he said passing one to me.

"Oh Jesus, thanks," I said pleasingly, quickly rolling my spliff and lighting it.

As I smoked, Jackson watched me intently. And I stared straight back at him. His face looked worried about something, as if he was worried someone would see him with me. Hailey? Adrian?

I gestured to him if would like a smoke and he accepted, taking the spliff ever so carefully from my fingers, trying to make sure we had no contact. He inhaled deeply, obviously trying to get as much as he could from one intake.

As he passed it back to me, I grazed my fingers along his before inhaling once more. My eyes locked with his, before he looked away.

"I've got t--" he said.

"Come with me," I interrupted, taking his hand.

I walked through the trees, leading him away from the noise of the party that was going on behind us. "Jackson," I breathed against his ear.

He said nothing as my lips ran along his jawline, lingering near his lips. "Maddie," he breathed.

I looked at him, biting my lip. I wanted so badly for him to kiss me, to keep me locked against a tree. As if he could hear my thoughts aloud, his hands slid down to my waist and pressed me up against the closest tree. His lips brushed mine before locking with mine. I've haven't felt a kiss like this in such a long time. This didn't compare to anything I've experienced with Adrian. It was like being in a whole different world.

He broke from our kiss when he heard the screams of girls and the sound of crunching leaves getting closer to us. "Maddie, I've got to go," he said rushed.

My expression turned upset as I spoke. "Alright."

He looked at me with apologetic eyes, reaching down to hold my hand in his. "Sorry, Maddie. I'll see 'ya round, okay?"

"Yeah," I said while watching him walk away.

In the next moment, someone came up rom behind and grabbed my waist. "Holy f.ck!" I screamed so loudly the party might have heard me.

I turned around to Adrian laughing at me. "What the f.ck, Adrian! You can't just scare the sh.t out of someone!" I was yelling and yelling as I watched him laugh at me. "My Jesus, you're being the biggest bloke ever right now."

I began to walk off when he grabbed my hand. "Oh, come on Mads. It's just a part of the game."

My eyebrows furrowed together, "Game?"

"Yeah, manhunt. Remember? Or are you too high off your spliff?," he laughed.

"Oh, yeah... manhunt, sorry," I said dazed.

He wrapped his arm around my waist, leading back to the clearing. I said nothing, simply because I didn't feel like talking. As we walked together, my feeling for Adrian began to slowly shrink once more. I felt no connection between us, well on my end maybe.

"Do you have anymore spliff?"

MADISON LELZOC
{seventeen/year eleven}
Maddie is a free-spirt. Quite frankly, she doesn't feel as if she belongs at Edgington Prep at all. Her fellow classmates often tease her for dressing outside of standard prep code, but secretly admire her for being able to be so rebellious. She rarely speaks but when she does, she has the ability to capture the attention of everyone within range of her melodious voice. Although she is painfully shy, Maddie doesn't even have to try hard to attract the attention of boys-especially the rugby boys.
Relationship Status/History: Dated Ellis for a bit, but the two didn't have much in common, she's currently dating Adrian but it's a purely physical relationship-neither of them care too deeply about the other

The plains of Adrian's face created beautiful shadows in the morning sunlight as I sketched. His eyes fluttered open and glanced at me, but he said nothing. I continued, moving to his arms tangled above him. He was the type of sleeper that never stopped moving at night, which really irked me.

"What are you doing?" he groaned into his pillow.

I flinched as he moved, "Ugh, Adrian, don't move."

He followed his orders and sat still. "I don't know why you're always drawing in the stupid notebook. It gets so irritating, y'know."

I rolled my eyes and continued filling in his messy black hair.

He always bothers me when he acts like such a tool, which is why I think we've gone no where in our f.ck buddy relationship. However, I don't think I necessarily mind, because I get a model to sketch in the mornings.

"Do you wanna see the finished project?" I asked him.

He looked over as I turned my sketchbook around to him. His eyebrows came up but then jerked down. "It looks nice," he said in an annoying tone.

"Oh, cheers," I snapped back, "I think I'm gonna leave. I have class in a half hour."

I jumped up from his bed and slipped my dress back on and gathered my things. We said nothing to each other as I was leaving.

"You're coming to the game tonight, right?" he asked as I was halfway out the door.

"Wouldn't miss it for anything," I said in a sarcastic tone as I shut the door.

---

I gazed out the window during English class, watching the birds outside flutter in the sky. Nature always calms me down, which is why I love painting it. It's really the perfect model. Nature doesn't talk back, move around, and annoy you like Adrian does.

"Maddie, do you have anything to add to the conversation?" my professor asked me.

I snapped back into reality and stared back at my professor blankly. "Sorry?" I asked.

"Do you have anything to add?" he repeated.

I bit down on my lip and scanned the floor. "No, I don't," I said weakly.

Talking isn't my strong point, and I'm not exactly sure why. I think it all started back home in London in year two. There was a girl in my class who always made fun of anything I said, even if it wasn't directed to her. So after that, I put all my focus in drawing and just started to ignore people.

People can do terrible things. That's why I don't care for them.

---

I walked into a sea of people in the stands at the rugby game. I tried to find my way around and came across Rory and the other girls.

"Hi, Rory," I said cheerfully standing next to her.

"Oh, hi, Maddie," she said back with a smile.

I really like Rory. She's such a sweet, down-to-earth girl unlike most of the girls at Edgington.

All the girls around us we're holding signs for their boyfriends and cheering them on singing cheesy little chants. They made me so irritated because that's all they could literally talk about. How fit they were, how brilliant they were at rugby, how adorable they were, how good they were in bed.... and the list goes on.

I got a few glaring looks as I stood there in silence, so I started to mumble their little chants.

Adrian was running down the field with the ball as I watched the game. Watching him, I really didn't feel much for him. He was great looking, but does that really make him a good match for me? I don't really know.

All I knew was that I just wanted to go back to my sketchbook and start drawing because that's what I know best.

Tuesday;
Paris

People were rushing by me, either chatting on the phone in a language unknown to me or carrying groceries. I'd never seen a city move so fast, even in New York... or maybe I just never noticed.

An arm tightened around my waist, making me jump in surprise. "Rose, would you like anything to drink?" Wyeth whispered into my ear.

My eyes widened as I looked up to him, "Oh, um... just an espresso."

He looked down at me with a smile on his face. He then turned to the young waitress, "Pouvons-nous s'il vous plaît prendre un café et un expresso?"

"D'accord, ils seront dès la sortie," the waitress said walking away.

I looked up at Wyeth, running my fingers through his hair, "Since when did you know French, Wy?"

His laugh echoed the tiny cafe. "I actually did a summer semester abroad in Paris right after college."

My mind was turning and turning, trying to remember him not being in Galway that last summer. "I don't remember seeing you at all last summer. Saturday was the first day I'd seen you since our last day at college," I said sort of dazed.

He continued laughing. "Yes, and look at us now. We're here in Paris after spending three days together. I've really missed you, Rose. So much," he rain his fingers through my hair and looked right at me, "I want you to know that I'm truly sorry for what I did. I didn't want to hurt you, Rose. I was going through some tough times at home with my dad."

For some reason, I felt tears growing my eyes. "What you did to me eighteen months ago crushed me. I want you to know that. But, I didn't know what was going with you at the time. I was so angry all the time. I cried and cried constantly. My mum and dad were so worried about me, so they suggested that I go to New York for a while and focus on photography. But if you told me what was going on with you and your dad, we might have been in a different place."

He grazed his lips along my cheek and neck. "I'm sorry, Rose."

A smile cracked on my lips and I took his face in my hands, "Let's go somewhere."

A puzzled look came onto his face, "What about your coffee?"

He jumped up, threw a few Euros on the table, and grabbed my hand. "Come on, let's go," he said.

We ran down a nearby alley hand in hand, laughing hysterically. He didn't stop running.

"Where are we going?!" I yelled to him.

"It's a surprise," Wyeth yelled looking back at me.

He didn't stop until we were in a huge crowd of people. Everyone was all around us. I could only see a sea of people, nothing else.

His arms wrapped around me and spun me around and around. I felt his lips dangling on my ear. "Look up," he said to me.

I looked up to see the inside of the Eiffel Tower. "Oh my god," was all I could muster out, "It's beautiful."

"Do you want to go up to the top," he asked.

I giggled and laced my fingers in with his, "Yes, of course."

---

I stepped out of the elevator onto the top of the Eiffel Tower. I walked to the edge and looked out onto the whole city. The streets and alleys created a maze that one could only master after years of studying. It was beautiful.

I felt Wyeth's chin rest on my shoulder, and his arms wrap around my waist. He kissed my neck over and over before saying, "I'm so happy I followed you, Rose."

I rested my head on his, still looking out onto the city. "I am too, Wy. I'm so glad you did."

I pulled my film camera out of my bag and took a few photos of the landscape in front of us. Wyeth turned the camera around and snapped a picture of himself kissing my cheek.

---

He threw me on our little hotel bed and hastily unbuttoned my blouse, kissing his way down my chest. Once the last button was undone, he slipped it off of me and moved to my jeans.

"Wy," I breathed in between kisses.

He looked down at me and grazed his fingers across my cheeks, "Yeah, Rose?"

"Nothing," I breathed, "I just missed this."

He smiled and kissed me so hard it was mind blowing. He continued with my jeans until they were gone from my body. His clothes were still on and it was killing me. I peeled his shirt of in one sweep and kissed him all over nonstop.

I was in Paris with a boy I'd been crazy in love with... and I think it might be happening all over again.

And I was thrilled.

Monday;
Time for an Adventure

My eyes fluttered open to a room I'd never seen before. MY eyebrows came together as I tried to figure out where I was. To my left there was a huge window looking out into the Bay, and I noticed a side table with a few things cluttered onto of it. One thing I saw was a frame with Wyeth and a girl kissing his cheek. And that girl was me. I gave him that picture for our one year anniversary, and it was here because?

I turned over in bed to Wyeth lying sound asleep next to me. His lips were slightly parted, as if he was about speak. One of his arms was above his head, and I so dearly wanted it to be wrapped around me. Holding me oh so tightly.

His eyes opened, staring right into mine. "Hey, Rose," he said in a sexy murmur.

"Hi," I whispered, as his arm wrapped around me.

His forehead touched mine and his eyes never left me as he spoke, "Last night was brilliant, Rose."

"It sure was," I whispered back. However, I didn't really remember anything that happened last night. All I could remember was when we were on the roof of the club. Everything after that is black.

"To be honest, Wy, what actually happened last night?" I said with a slightly crooked smile.

His arm tightened around me and a smile appeared on his lips. "Well, after we were on the roof for hours, you wanted to come back to my place so we could... you know. You said something about having no one around, privacy. So I brought you back here, and now we're here... together, lying tangled in one another."

Everything he said had a ring to it that made me want to melt. I giggled, and giggled.

"What?" he laughed.

My fingers interlaced into his hair, "It's nothing. I just love how you're so vague about us shagging. I find it so adorable, and sweet. Especially sweet, actually."

Before he replied, his soft lips grazed mine. "It's just that I haven't felt like this in so long, probably since I was with you."

"I know how you feel," I said resting my hand on his chest, "I was with someone in New York for a while, but then we broke up. I was absolutely crushed. But, now that I'm here... with you, I don't even care who I was with three days ago."

His eyebrows came together, "You were with someone in New York?"

"Yeah, I was. He cheated on me with his ex-girlfriend, but to be honest, I don't really care anymore because I'm with you," I said.

He stared at me and smiled, not saying a word. He wrapped both of his arm around me now, pulling close to his chest. He rolled on top of me and kissed down along my neck and chest. His lips found mine once again, moving together perfectly.

I pulled away from him and giggled, "We should go somewhere. Go on an adventure."

He laughed quietly, "What?"

I pushed him off of me and sat up, totally bare. "We should take a trip. Do something crazy and leave for a while."

His head was shaking, but he was still laughing. "Where would we go, Rose? What about school?"

I paused for a moment, thinking. "Paris!" I said bouncing up and down on the bed, "Who cares about uni! We should just forget the world for a while, do something spontaneous!"

He grabbed me and pulled up against his chest, "I'll do whatever you want, Rose. I'll always follow you."

We were on the train in London riding to Paris. Wyeth took a leap of faith and followed me. We were of to a place full of new adventures.

Full of romance, excitement, passion, danger, love.

I didn't know what the next few days held for us, but I think that's why I was so excited. I was with a boy I'd once been in love with, crazy in love actually. I was going somewhere I'd always dreamed about, and with these two thing together... who knows what will happen.

"Hey, Rose," Wyeth whispered in my ear.

"Yeah," I whispered back.

"I've missed you."

"Me too."

xx, rose.
